Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow assigned recruitment territories by connecting with high school counselors and scheduling classroom presentations.
- Deliver engaging, accurate, high-energy classroom presentations that showcase UAT's elite technology programs and generate student interest.
- Create recruitment strategies to increase prospective student inquiries and enrollments across both new and existing accounts.
- Accurately collect and transmit prospective student information into our CRM (HubSpot) and maintain consistent communication within the system.
- Maintain flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
- Be a self-starter with good time management skills and a strong ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- You can be trusted with sensitive information and are expected to handle it responsibly, professionally, and without exception.
- 90% travel required, including local Arizona and national travel.

Compensation
- Salary and Benefits:

- Annual salary of $60,000-$76,000, depending on education and experience.
