Responsibilities
- Design and deliver regional community development plans
- Support tenant committees to launch community-led initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including Local and State Governments, support partners and the broader community
- Develop and implement local area plans that align to national business plans and drive local service delivery
- Work with key MA and Housing stakeholders to develop positive relationships and deliver shared outcomes for clients and communities we serve
- Free external, confidential counselling and access to chaplaincy support

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community development, housing or community services

Compensation
- $103k + super + salary packaging
- Not-for-profit salary packaging, reducing your tax (details via AccessPay)
- Extra leave available including an additional public holiday, additional annual leave day on your work anniversary and the opportunity to purchase further annual leave
