Responsibilities
- Maintain a 12-month rolling Athens & UGA Event Demand Calendar
- Record confidence levels, lead times, and data sources for each event
- Document post-event insights, including actual demand, booking trends, and lessons learned
- Build a historical reference library to sharpen future forecasts
- Maintain documentation for smooth handoffs to future interns or team members
- Make sure each cycle builds on, rather than replaces, the last
- careful, forward-looking planning, guided by the UGA calendar and Athens' yearly rhythm, builds lasting pricing power and operational transparency.
- Design the calendar as a reusable, annually-updated system
