About the role

  • The Data Center Construction Scheduler is responsible for supporting the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data center construction projects.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project managers to gather input and update project timelines.
  • Integrate procurement and permitting timelines into the master project schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze schedule impacts due to design changes, field conditions, or delays and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate scheduling meetings and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain alignment on milestones and deliverables.
  • Support earned value analysis, productivity tracking, and reporting requirements.
  • SVP, Product Delivery What you'll do Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with BIM, Procore, or other construction management tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, phases, and typical sequencing, especially in MEP-intensive environments.

Nice to have

  • Scheduling certification (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE PSP) is a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation

  • $100k-$135k
