About the role

Requirements
- Master's degree in Nutrition Science, Dietetics, Biology, or a closely related Biological Science is required.
- At least one year of college-level teaching experience (associate, bachelor's, or master's level) is required.
- Ability to integrate technology into course delivery.
- Ability to teach in a multicultural setting.
- Prior to being selected for an interview, you may be required to submit unofficial transcripts to the search committee for review.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without a sponsor.
Nice to have
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D., DrPH, DHSc or equivalent) in Nutrition Science, Nutritional Biochemistry, Physiology, Biology, or a closely related field.
- Three (3) years of college-level teaching experience, with evidence of independently planning and delivering instruction.
- Demonstrated expertise in human anatomy and physiology, metabolism, digestion and absorption, and biological systems involved in nutrition and disease prevention.
- Employees must live in Maryland or a state where the College has payroll reciprocity (DC, VA, PA, WV, DE, MA).
