Under general direction, assists in performing basic services to support facility access control, coordination and communication of site activities including monitoring of building systems and cameras.
Performs a variety of specialized operational functions in support of the customer business and organization.
How you will do it: Control building access points and associated credentials.
Document all access activity and arena events.
Manage the Stadium/Arena Control Command Center log.
Monitor and control complex computerized systems including Fire Detection/ Fire Suppression systems, Security / Access Control systems, Vertical transportation (Elevators and Escalators), Lighting systems, and Building Automation System (BAS) and HVAC systems.
Review and interpret customer departmental emails, calendars and checklists and properly manage systems and personnel to perform all associated event management functions.
Respond to and manage all system alarm conditions.
