Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, Trust and Safety, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or related fields, with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Ability to identify reusable capabilities, influence platform strategy, and scale solutions across multiple businesses and products.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of trust, marketplace dynamics, and balancing customer experience with business objectives.
Compensation
- Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
- C$121,200 - C$161,800
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
