- What You Will Be Doing As a Shift Leader in our Golf Ball Plant manufacturing operations, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality, safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory experience required
- Experience in training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Will be required to complete a Leadership Assessment which will be used in a behavior-based interview
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in AGS and Microsoft Office applications
