5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and a proven track record of successfully filling roles across manufacturing, operations, and business functions.
Proficiency with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ashby or Greenhouse.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with shifting priorities and making things happen efficiently and effectively.
You have experience in the fragrance industry or can quickly gain the expertise to recruit top talent in this specialized field.
Previous experience in a startup environment.

$95k-$130k per year
Depending on the role, this may include base salary or contract-based pay, along with access to health, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match; flexible paid time off and company holidays; and equity or incentive compensation for eligible roles.
