About the role

Responsibility for inventory control for warehouse items and all supplies used in the plant. (Bags, cartons, raw material, finished goods, production storage locations, labels, pallets, tape, etc.)
Evaluates production jobs when last issue is completed to verify appropriate material was issued and the appropriate finished goods were created and moved to the warehouse.
Prepares product by banding, wrapping, and labeling finished products and placing in finished goods area(s).

Forklift Certification required
Current Commercial Driver's License required
Working knowledge of computer operation, specifically applications relevant to Amcor Mankato.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting critical deadlines.
Working knowledge of all warehouse activities and related production activities.
Performs cycle counts as required to maintain inventory accuracy.
Knowledge of all SAP warehouse transactions including AIMS errors, etc.

Receives finished goods from production by verifying materials by batch and quantity placing materials into stock.
Performs stock transfers directed from Customer Service and coordinates relabeling activities.
