About the role

This position will assist with training of staff accountants in their business processes related to sales audit and cash settlements, as well as certain reporting and analysis activities.
Further, this role will contribute to the achievement of the Company's timely and accurate reporting by assisting with OneInspire Finance process improvement initiatives and department goals.
Communicate late/missing deposits and change order payments to Senior Accountant.

Validate accuracy of polled sales through the use of auditing exception query investigations and resolution of issues.
Assist the senior accountant in leading the Revenue Accounting team as a valued business partner within the Inspire organization.
Perform ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned. Collaborate with and support other accounting teams as business needs evolve.
The Lead Accountant, Inspire Company Restaurants (ICR) Revenue Accounting will support the manager to ensure accounting policies are executed in compliance with US GAAP.

4 Year Degree in Accounting or related field.
1-3 years accounting experience.
Prior accounting experience with Oracle or other major ERP financial systems.
Ability to work collaboratively or independently and produce accurate results, meet the deadlines assigned, and make sound decisions.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, fast growing company environment where adaptability is imperative.
Set an example by maintaining excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in sales audit and cash settlement domains, including leading practices across technology applications and key business processes.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
A desire to work with and communicate with management and a high level of personal confidence and professionalism.
Command of accounting principles and procedures necessary for maintaining proper company books and records to ensure accurate accounting in accordance with US GAAP.
Advanced in Microsoft EXCEL, word processing, and advanced database applications knowledge in a Windows PC environment.
