Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a top-notch team with experience at Google, Meta, Salesforce, Pave, Motive, and Square - building AI agent and AI infrastructure SaaS that powers revenue workflows.
  • Own a major pillar of our go-to-market strategy from day one - driving architecture, engineering standards, and platform reliability with the autonomy to build what you think is right.
  • Enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces and bringing clarity through design
  • Wants to shape how AI is used in real customer workflows (not just prototypes), including human-in-the-loop design
  • Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience.
  • You'll occasionally support onboarding or troubleshooting to deeply understand real-world user behavior, edge cases, and trust concerns around automation.
  • Design AI-driven automation experiences that balance speed with trust, transparency, and control.
  • Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products, ensuring correctness, transparency, and reliability in production environments.
  • 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.

  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and prototyping to production deployment, iteration, and monitoring - including products with complex backend or data dependencies.

You'll partner closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams (and directly with customers) to turn messy operational realities into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
