About the role
- A CureMD Implementation Associate (IA) is primarily responsible for supporting implementation projects in close collaboration with senior implementation staff, including Implementation Specialists (IS) and team leadership.
- This is a full-time, onsite (hybrid) position based in the HQ office in New York, requiring up to 40% travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform issue identification, escalation, and resolution for issues encountered during the implementation process.
- Perform system configurations and customizations, as needed in collaboration with project managers.
- Complete assigned project deliverables and provide additional support to project managers as needed.
- Document customer feature requests for product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications preferred).
- Experience working as a transcribe in a medical practice is a plus.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer literacy and the comfort, ability, and desire to advance technical knowledge and understand industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 40% of the time.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.

Nice to have

Compensation
- $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
