About the role

  • A CureMD Implementation Associate (IA) is primarily responsible for supporting implementation projects in close collaboration with senior implementation staff, including Implementation Specialists (IS) and team leadership.
  • This is a full-time, onsite (hybrid) position based in the HQ office in New York, requiring up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform issue identification, escalation, and resolution for issues encountered during the implementation process.
  • Perform system configurations and customizations, as needed in collaboration with project managers.
  • Complete assigned project deliverables and provide additional support to project managers as needed.
  • Document customer feature requests for product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications preferred).
  • Experience working as a transcribe in a medical practice is a plus.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and the comfort, ability, and desire to advance technical knowledge and understand industry standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 40% of the time.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.

Nice to have

  • Experience in EMR/EHR training or implementation is a plus.

Compensation

  • $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
