About the role
- The Dishwasher will ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility and compliance regulations are met.
- Duties & Responsibilities Under the direction of the Back House Manager, the Dishwasher at Crossing Creeks Country Club will be responsible for, but not limited to: 1.
- Loading, running, and unloading the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates, and other items, in a fast and efficient manner 2.
Responsibilities
- Mopping and sanitizing the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways at the end of each shift to maintain safety and sanitation 5.
- Able to work unsupervised; willingness to take an initiative and ability to work as a team member/independently to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail 10.
- Maintain TABC/food handling license requirements 16.
