About the role

  • In this role, you will provide leadership, coaching, and operational guidance to team members while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Support: Lead, coach, and support settlement analysts, and assign daily tasks and ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
  • Risk & Controls: Identify and address operational risks, resolve discrepancies and settlement issue, support audits, reviews, and control testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Billing, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Sales and Customer Success to support smooth operations.
  • Lead, coach, and support settlement analysts, and assign daily tasks and ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
  • Identify and address operational risks, resolve discrepancies and settlement issue, support audits, reviews, and control testing.
  • Work closely with Billing, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Sales and Customer Success to support smooth operations.
  • You will act as a key point of escalation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, support strategic initiatives, and maintain strong operational controls.

Requirements

  • Two (2) - Five (5) years' experience in settlements or financial operations, ideally with exposure to utilities, energy markets, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of settlement workflows and controls.
  • high attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with data analytics/visualization (e.g., VBA, Power BI, Power Query)
  • comfort working with large datasets and improving data quality.

Nice to have

  • Prior leadership, coaching, or mentorship experience preferred.
