About the role

  • Set and achieve the highest standard in all areas of restaurant management, including the employee experience, the customer experience, and financial results.
  • The General Manager of Ladybird will oversee the training and development of restaurant employees and effectively address the needs of the customer, the assistant manager, and other employees.
  • He/she assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant and ensures all employees are performing their job responsibilities and are meeting company expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflect the restaurant's image.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
  • Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.
  • Report to work in a complete required uniform.
  • Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, and soy.
