Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support including heavy scheduling/calendar maintenance, book travel, manage call logs, and prepare expense reports
  • proactively provide support and resources to ensure success
  • Maintain working knowledge of the music industry and best practices

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional administrative experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience working in the music industry.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be solutions oriented.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred.
  • Experience booking artists is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working at an agency is a plus but not required.

Compensation

  • The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00-22.00.
  • Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
