Responsibilities
- Athene is seeking a Marketing Senior Analytics Partner to join our collaborative Marketing team, where data, insights, and innovation drive strategic decision-making and meaningful customer engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, campaign analytics, database marketing, or related analytical experience.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools, along with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM, CDP, and digital media performance reporting.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies to improve analytics workflows, reporting, process efficiency, and insight generation.
- Experience working with relational databases, SQL, data mining, and integrating data from multiple sources to support business and marketing decisions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
