- We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales organization.
- This role is critical to generating pipeline growth by engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling high-quality product demonstrations for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and strategic outbound prospecting efforts.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities by consistently executing outbound campaigns and follow-up activities.
- Accurately document prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline updates within Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to improve lead conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.

- Develop a strong understanding of PatientNow's products, value proposition, and industry landscape to effectively position solutions.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, customer service, or a related customer-facing role preferred.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn modern sales methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when engaging prospects.
- Comfortable handling high activity levels across calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach.
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach.io, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
