- Monitor women's basketball budget, fundraise as appropriate, and maintain spending practices in alignment with NJCAA rules.

- Demonstrate the ability to recruit and coach;
Nice to have
- Assistant or Head coaching (basketball) experience at the collegiate level.
- Ability to work with a diverse population of students.

Compensation
- Coaches are considered temporary part-time faculty and pay is determined by the number of assignment credits.
- The Head Women's Basketball Coach position is 9 credits.
- The per credit salary rate is $1,435.56 up to $2,396.43.
- $24,800.00 - $52,800.00 Assignment Credits & Per Credit
- Please note: Initial per credit salary placement is determined on the basis of education and experience in accordance with the faculty contract.
