About the role

Church & Dwight is seeking a Senior Manager, R&D Product Development to join our team.
Hybrid: The role will be based in Princeton, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the R&D portfolio and innovation pipeline to support business growth, regulatory compliance, and global expansion.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure successful project execution.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline required.
10+ years of laboratory experience, or Ph.D. with 7+ years of experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,700 - $213,200.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.

This role provides leadership and technical expertise in the development of regulated medical device and homeopathic products, including design, formulation, verification/validation, and commercialization.
Lead group by managing workload, daily project execution, and prioritization across medical device and homeopathic product development programs.
This position is also eligible for a bonus.
