- Deliver ongoing feedback and address performance issues

- Identify permits, licenses, and procedures required in place prior to commencement of work
- Review and complete buyouts, identify contract scope omissions and amend subcontracts as necessary
- Generate a comprehensive project schedule, with the assistance of project team and trades involved, incorporating client's milestones and required phasing.
- Provide monthly schedule updates and revisions
