About the role

  • ICAN is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Bellevue, WA.
  • As a member of our team, you'll work in a state-of-the-art clinic alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, and BCBAs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans in our fun, movement-rich sensory motor gyms
  • Collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each child's functional growth
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation (SOAP notes, evals, progress reports)
  • Together, we take a whole-child approach to support developmental progress and independence through neurodiversity-affirming care.
  • Multiple sensory-motor gyms and child-friendly spaces to support active engagement

Requirements

  • Supportive admin teams for billing and scheduling-so you can focus on therapy
  • If you are passionate about working with neurodiverse children and teens and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment-this could be the perfect fit for you.

Nice to have

  • Experienced (1-3 years preferred) or a motivated new grad passionate about pediatrics
