About the role
- ICAN is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Bellevue, WA.
- As a member of our team, you'll work in a state-of-the-art clinic alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, and BCBAs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans in our fun, movement-rich sensory motor gyms
- Collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each child's functional growth
- Maintain clear and timely documentation (SOAP notes, evals, progress reports)
- Together, we take a whole-child approach to support developmental progress and independence through neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Multiple sensory-motor gyms and child-friendly spaces to support active engagement
Requirements
- Supportive admin teams for billing and scheduling-so you can focus on therapy
- If you are passionate about working with neurodiverse children and teens and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment-this could be the perfect fit for you.
Nice to have
- Experienced (1-3 years preferred) or a motivated new grad passionate about pediatrics
