About the role
- Since 1970, Salud has been committed to providing a Medical Home to patients, where medical, dental, behavioral health services, and clinical pharmacists work together and coordinate efforts in a team-based system of care.
- As a Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) at Salud, you will provide behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or equivalent
- Must be licensed by the State of Colorado within 3 years from the date of hire
- We serve all individuals regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments for medical and mental health conditions
- Must work well with the other patient care team members
- Ability to work through brief patient contacts as well as to make quick and accurate assessments of mental and behavioral health conditions
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Compensation
- Starting Annual Salary - $67,100 to $85,100
- 10 Paid Holidays per year (includes 2 Floating Holidays and paid Birthday)
- Up to 8 Paid accrued Sick Days per year
