About the role

  • Acts as the highest level of escalation on functional issues within delivery teams.
  • Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements by providing implementation and industry specific best practices.
  • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education

Responsibilities

  • Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
  • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
  • Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions. Develop these custom solutions in a clear and comprehensive Technical Design Documents.
  • Continuous involvement in your own project engagements and client relationships
  • Team Lead, Delivery Manager, or Practice Manager

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting experience or industry experience with a high degree of specialization in a specific industry and/or product vertical
  • Undergraduate degree or MBA in field of Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite technical capabilities such as: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.

Nice to have

  • NetSuite certifications highly preferred - NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation

Compensation

  • Career growth and upward mobility to meet your long-term career goals with mid-year and annual reviews scheduled on a recurring basis
  • A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - 160,000 USD.
  • T otal compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year.
  • Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
