In this role, you will be the ultimate owner of financial integrity for a 1.5 billion dollar segment, serving as a key catalyst for change.
Key Exciting Responsibilities Champion the financial integrity and accounting accuracy of the entire 1.5B AECO segment, fostering a proactive, no-surprises culture.
Spearhead the segment's evolution through process and technology transformations, utilizing modern software and automated tools.
Serve as the primary accounting advisor to the business leadership team, translating complex technical insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Cultivate and mentor a high-performing global accounting team, driving professional growth, inclusion, and a commitment to excellence.
Essential Skills & Experience 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology, software, or SaaS company.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Robust expertise in leading US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance within a dynamic global environment.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
