About the role

  • Working alongside local and global VEs, you will combine technical execution with consulting and project management.

Responsibilities

  • As a Lead Value Engineer for Insurance, you will architect and drive large-scale AI and data-driven business transformation across the Insurance vertical in North America using the Celonis Context Model.
  • As a master AI operator, your core mandate is to support complex roadmaps and execute targeted transformation initiatives that improve how these businesses operate across their ecosystems.
  • Drive lasting adoption by co-owning enterprise-wide change management and building advanced CoE operating models for total self-sufficiency.
  • Implement highly advanced AI-driven account planning across a portfolio of workstreams.
  • AI & Technical & Fluency: Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS (e.g., SAP). Master AI-fluent operator who uses AI to scale outputs and guides technical teams on complex solution design.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to mobilize C-suite sponsorship.
  • Domain & Industry: Expert knowledge of the Insurance Industry and expertise in dynamics of business-critical use cases such as Claims management, Policy Administration, etc.
  • Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor

Compensation

  • The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
