Responsibilities
- Coordinate care seamlessly between patients, providers, support teams, and cross-functional clinical team members.
- Create consults that align with 9amHealth's internal protocols for Providers.
- Document patient care accurately and consistently to meet internal standards.
- Members receive access to specialized clinicians, including endocrinologists, obesity medicine specialists, and clinical pharmacists, at-home lab testing, prescription medications, and lifestyle support.
- You speak compassionately but earnestly, committing yourself fully to helping people understand their conditions, but also have faith in what's possible with the right support and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing, with ability to obtain additional licensure if needed
- 3+ years of direct patient care in an ambulatory or telehealth setting
- Proficiency with digital tools for care delivery

Compensation
- This role offers a salary of up to $100,000, depending on experience.
