About the role
- You'll bring structure to complexity, turning ambiguous, fast-moving priorities into clear roadmaps that keep the organization aligned and moving forward.

Responsibilities
- Translate top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with team leads
- Drive execution alongside Product Design and Manufacturing teams to stand up commercial manufacturing capabilities
- Lead cross-functional reviews to escalate issues, mitigate risk, and keep programs on track
- Facilitate alignment and communication across the Manufacturing organization and with partner teams throughout Form Energy
- Coordinate closely with Supply Chain and Procurement to align material need-by dates, surface availability risks early, and keep build schedules grounded in real material readiness
- Experience coordinating cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams - comfortable driving alignment on design readiness, need-by dates and material readiness even when the underlying tracking process is still being built out
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical or engineering program management
