Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • 3-8 years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with Go OR Java frameworks (e.g., Spring / similar backend frameworks)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • No strong backend language or framework experience o No hands-on experience with Golang, Java (Spring or similar), or C#/.NET o Only scripting-level backend (not production systems)
  • Resume shows task execution, not impact or ownership o No examples of designing systems, improving performance, or scaling solutions o Vague experience descriptions with no depth

Nice to have

  • Strong backend development experience (preferred focus area)
