About the role
- Our capabilities include Onboarding and Compliance Coordination, DOE and Government Facility Staffing Experience, and access to Certified Welders specializing in Nuclear Codes.

- Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure proper sequencing, constructability, and efficient use of labor and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Execute the project in accordance with turnkey contract documents, approved drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Maintain continuous alignment between construction activities, procurement schedules, and design deliverables.
- Schedule & Cost Control Support development and maintenance of the detailed construction schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Track construction labor, subcontractor performance, and field costs to support budget adherence.
- Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
- Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination Manage subcontractors and field crews, including daily coordination, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Commissioning & Turnover Support Support pre-functional testing, system startup, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate construction completion activities to support integrated systems testing.
- Support owner training, O&M documentation turnover, and final acceptance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10-15 years of construction management experience, including large-scale mechanical or industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of: Large-tonnage chiller systems Cooling towers, pumps, piping, and thermal systems Electrical distribution and controls integration Proven experience managing turnkey or EPC projects.
- Implement recovery plans as required to mitigate delays and maintain critical path.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and executive reviews as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with high-capacity chiller plants (10,000+ tons).
- Familiarity with Central Texas climate considerations and local permitting requirements.
- Experience with commissioning and startup of mission-critical cooling systems.
- OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with construction management software (Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project).

- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
