About the role

This full-time non-exempt role reports to the Senior Manager, Development Operations and Events.
Reconcile monthly fundraising activity reports with the finance and development teams.
Respond to routine inquiries via shared development inbox while providing excellent customer service.

Gift Processing, Donor Acknowledgement, & Stewardship Operations Perform accurate entry and tracking for donations, pledges, and event-related revenue.
Manage the end-to-end acknowledgement process.including tax receipts and messaging.
Reporting & Analytics Generate routine fundraising reports, financial summaries, and constituent lists to support solicitations, stewardship mailings, and event invitations.
Support data integrity, ensure patron contact preferences, opt-outs, and communication restrictions are properly mapped and maintained.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite with proven experience in building reports and analytic dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-departmentally and handle confidential financial data with absolute discretion.

Position Overview The Development Operations & Database Coordinator drives the operational efficiency, data integrity, and reporting accuracy necessary to achieve our organization's financial goals.

Requirements and Skills Bachelor's Degree in business administration, information systems, non-profit management, communications, or finance/accounting.
Attention to detail and experience with data entry accuracy, organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage strict reporting deadlines.
Working occasional evenings and weekends will be required.

Demonstrated proficiency with donor tracking systems, Humanitru and Ticketure is highly preferred.
