We seek Conflict Management Training Course Instructor | Conflict Management Training [USARC0020020] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

Conflict Management professional specialty Requires conflict resolution expertise, negotiation, mediation, emotional intelligence, difficult conversations, perspective-taking, and role-play facilitation.
NACI eligibility required
Teamwork. ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
Communication. ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
Agility. ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together

5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
instructional certifications preferred.
