About the role

- As the Vice President Finance, Husqvarna Forest & Garden Business Unit North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, performance, and decision-making for the business unit.
Responsibilities
- The person is the natural financial leader and go-to person in the Business Unit and act as the Business Unit Management's finance and business partner.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a track record of success in a complex, multinational organization
- Broad financial experience from several functional areas e.g. product development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, service, aftermarket
- Experience in manufacturing, professional and/or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP / SAP implementations, including system roll‑out, process redesign and adoption of new ways of working
- Ability to summarize and effectively communicate complex topics to allow for organizational understanding and action.
- Broad experience in different Finance roles, including financial analysis, operations, general accounting, and controlling.
Nice to have
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
Compensation
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the region, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management
