About the role

  • In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving attorney‑represented bodily injury claims within our Extended Handler Bodily Injury (EHBI) Casualty Unit.
  • This includes confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages, and negotiating settlements within assigned authority limits.
  • We are seeking an experienced Attorney-Repped Bodily Injury Consultant.
