Responsibilities
- The Workouts Design Team at Peloton is focused on designing new software experiences that enable people to live both healthier and longer lives.
- They design in non-linear terms: capturing interactions, edge-cases, and the various states of these experiences through deliverables such as user flows, product maps, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes.
- Partner with peers in design, product and engineering to help deliver cohesive experiences across all member touchpoints (hardware products, web, mobile, watch, TV, etc.)
- Partner with design leads across software and hardware teams to drive new R&D opportunities and set direction for future experiences
- Drive complex design initiatives that span across multiple large product pillars
- Clearly articulate ideas and drive buy-in across several teams and functions
- 6+ years of software product design experience
- Cognitive awareness of wider business goals, delivering intuitive and user-centered design solutions

Compensation
- $155,350 - $190,850 USD
