Responsibilities
- Maintain employee relations policies and procedures
- Provide support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
- In this position, you will be expected to perform ER investigations, maintain employee relations policies and procedures, handle employee grievances, and provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters to ensure a productive and engaged workforce.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in employee relations or similar role
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement
- Two to Five years of experience in an employee relations or workplace investigation environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Nice to have
- Union experience preferred
- Certified as SPHR or PHR preferred
Compensation
- $80,300.00-$105,400.00 Annual
- The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description.
