Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee relations policies and procedures
  • Provide support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • In this position, you will be expected to perform ER investigations, maintain employee relations policies and procedures, handle employee grievances, and provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters to ensure a productive and engaged workforce.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in employee relations or similar role
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement
  • Two to Five years of experience in an employee relations or workplace investigation environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to have

  • Union experience preferred
  • Certified as SPHR or PHR preferred

Compensation

  • $80,300.00-$105,400.00 Annual
  • The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description.
  • Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
