About the role
- The Day 2 Reviewer position is responsible for the day to day review of deposits made via ATM, MRDC as well as deposits from the teller line that meet filter criteria.
- The reviewer will look at the item(s) being deposited to the account along with the balance and history of the account to determine if a hold should be placed.
- The reviewer will follow the rules as outlined in Regulation CC and will mail corrected notices out for any corrected holds.

- Knowledge of bank products, services and systems
- They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.
Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as assigned
- Ability to utilize multiple computer applications/ programs efficiently
- Able to provide detailed explanation over the phone when required
- Self-starter that works well in a group environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Computer literate and have some working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Able to work flexible hours when needed
- Critical thinker
- Working knowledge or Precision as well as some knowledge or Reg CC requirements and rules
- At least 1 year of working experience, customer service or banking experience preferred
