About the role

  • Core responsibilities The Art Director is responsible for concepting and designing campaigns for 3rd party retailers and LEGO-owned retail channels.
  • Play your part in our team succeeding The Commerce team within Our LEGO Agency, in-house creative agency, brings the retail marketing strategy to life for shoppers and consumers.
  • The Art Director plays a key role in concepting, designing, and delivering those campaigns and experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience from an external advertising agency, designing for global brands, preferably retail or retailer marketing
  • Experience producing video content for social media channels
  • Proven track record of delivering bold, effective campaign concepts across mediums: digital, traditional and experiential
  • Ability to self-direct, multi-task, prioritize work assignments.
  • Strong communications skills and an ability to present work intelligently and concisely in internal reviews and in stakeholder meetings.

Compensation

  • The salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
  • The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
