Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by adequately handling food and ensuring proper storage.
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to work in a kitchen environment that may involve exposure to extreme heat or cold.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
