Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership, coaching, direction, and positive support for warehouse personnel across multiple shifts.
- Ensure material availability to support manufacturing schedules and production goals.
- Maintain clean, organized, compliant storage areas using 6S and safety best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using project management, capacity planning, and Kaizen problem‑solving tools.
- Support and lead investigations (NCR, SNCR), own CAPAs, and serve as a Change Control owner.
- Represent the company in audits and inspections; lead client tours.
- Support and enforce cGMP, OSHA, SOP, DOT, FMSCA, EHS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Cross‑train and support as a warehouse specialist or driver as needed.
- Maintain equipment operations, preventive maintenance, and repair coordination.
- Create, maintain, and update warehouse and supply chain performance metrics.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull heavy equipment (tanks, carts, pallet jacks).
- Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, and lift regularly.
- Overtime and weekend work required at times.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (-65°C to -85°C).
- Ability to operate PIT equipment for prolonged periods.
- 1+ year of warehouse/logistics or manufacturing experience.
- 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and enterprise systems (D365, Veeva, etc.).
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklifts, PIVs, etc.).
- Must obtain and maintain an Indiana Chauffeur's License.
- Physical / safety requirements:
- Use of PPE including safety shoes, gloves, eye and hearing protection.
- Manual dexterity for operating office and warehouse equipment.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or equivalent warehouse lead experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- This supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, leads a team of material coordinators and specialists, and ensures materials flow efficiently and accurately across multiple sites-including filling and complex operations, offsite raw materials warehouses, and transport between Bloomington locations.
- This position plays a critical role in ensuring material availability, maintaining cGMP compliance, supporting production, and upholding inventory accuracy from receipt through final product shipment.
