Responsibilities
- Supports a lending team while being responsible for the review and completion of due diligence associated with the commercial loan documentation/closing process, including the satisfaction of approval conditions prior to the preparation of commercial loan documentation and controlling the disbursement of new loan proceeds by reviewing attorney prepared documents to ensure adherence to loan approval requirements.
- Provides support and guidance to less experienced Commercial Banking Administrators.
