About the role

  • OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale.
  • This is an onsite role based in the Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities

  • Year one centers on two priorities: sourcing APIs and consumables, and standardizing procurement across compounding pharmacies. The responsibilities below support those goals.
  • Lead and own procurement and sourcing across various sites, overseeing and standardizing inventory operations.
  • Design and provide structure and clarity, building out supply chain best practices and implementing solutions to operational workflows.
  • Support the NetSuite inventory module implementation and the transition from manual to system-based operations.
  • Gather and document system requirements that improve scalability, visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Execute sourcing for APIs and consumables: run RFPs, rationalize suppliers, standardize contract terms, and build redundancy for high-risk materials.
  • Design and standardize inventory control processes (lot tracking, expiration management, and demand planning) for site teams to execute.
  • Keep procurement and inventory documentation audit-ready in partnership with the pharmacy compliance team, which owns FDA and Board of Pharmacy compliance.
  • Document procurement and inventory workflows, maintain operational playbooks, and track performance.
  • Partner across finance, compliance, and pharmacy operations to keep vendor management and the RFP process moving.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be located in or within commuting distance of Dallas, or willing to relocate.

Compensation

  • $90k-$120k
