Responsibilities
- Leads the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Leads the scrum team in self-organization.
- Leads agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives as well as representing the team and providing progress updates and raising risks to the RTE and leadership as needed.
- Support dependency identification and follow-up on action items.

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Possess knowledge of Agile methodology (such as Scrum) and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Ability to articulate the why behind various Agile practices and tools, and when they may/may not be suitable
- Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence and Mural)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years
- Experience and/or knowledge of CMS programs, processes, and standards, M Websphere.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must have an Agile Certification such as SAFe Scrum Master or CSM
