Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations or migrations, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Drive project governance activities including status reporting, budget tracking, and change management.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering enterprise technology projects on time and within budget.
  • 3+ years specifically managing ServiceNow implementation or migration projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom applications.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.

Nice to have

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist)
