About the role
- This role will be responsible for driving projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- One of the key initiatives will include JRM's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, however, this role is not limited to a single program.
- This position requires a disciplined, organized, and proactive leader who can apply consistent project management practices across initiatives of varying size and complexity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules and resource allocations across a portfolio of initiatives
- Partner with business units including Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption strategies
Requirements
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Experience supporting change management and end-user adoption efforts.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

- Serve as a key project leader on major programs, including JRM's ERP implementation, ensuring coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate with recommended solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices within the Technology organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within technology or enterprise environments.
- Experience within construction management or the construction industry is a plus.
- Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, financial systems, or SaaS platforms) preferred, but not required
Skills
- Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, tools, and reporting practices across initiatives.
Compensation
- To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000.
