About the role

The incoming physician will serve as the group's sole dedicated spine surgeon, providing elective surgical care across two established locations in Mesa and Gilbert.
This position includes no trauma responsibilities and no emergency room coverage, allowing you to focus on scheduled procedures, continuity of care, and long-term practice development.
You will be supported by two experienced Physician Assistants already assigned to the spine service.

Responsibilities

With two dedicated PAs, guaranteed OR access, established referrals, and no trauma or ER responsibilities, you will have the support needed to deliver excellent surgical care and build a sustainable spine practice.

Compensation
