About the role

- The position requires regular presence on the plant floor and involvement in daily operations across multiple shifts as needed.
- The salary for this role is $80,000-$93,000.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain site-level EHS programs, policies, and procedures
- Perform routine hazard assessments and support safe work practices
- Manage hazardous waste handling, storage, and shipment in compliance with regulations
- Support environmental programs including air, water, and spill prevention requirements
- Deliver and coordinate EHS training for employees and contractors
- Ability to conduct incident investigations and deliver safety training
Requirements
- 2+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment
- Experience with OSHA, EPA, DOT Hazmat, and hazardous waste regulations
- Knowledge of EPCRA reporting and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience with process safety, MOC, or high-hazard operations
- Proficiency in EHS data tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
- To conduct business with H.B. Fuller, a written service agreement must be executed by Human Resources prior to submitting any information relating to a potential candidate.
