This role ensures systems are reliable, secure, and scalable to meet current and future needs.

Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability
Lead infrastructure-related projects (migrations, upgrades, implementations)
Collaborate with vendors and external partners for infrastructure and security services
Develop and maintain technical documentation and system architecture diagrams
Provide escalation support for complex technical issues from Help Desk
Infrastructure supports global operations without disruption

5-8 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
Strong experience with virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
Competent. In addition to being a Christian and having a sense of calling, a person must be fully competent to perform all the duties of the position.
