About the role

We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual to join our Data Services team as a Data Services Specialist.
The role may require you to work on statutory holidays.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who is able and willing to work on the weekends in lieu of weekdays (example: Sunday - Thursday).

Responsibilities

Perform CRM record maintenance and updates
Organize, analyze and validate processing reports
Create and update spreadsheets, documents and templates
Research and document technical information on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

Technical/desktop troubleshooting skills, and computer proficiency required
Ability to write and speak English fluently, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to handle challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Repetitive work required

Skills

Exceptional time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills with great attention to detail

Compensation

Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbia's pay transparency laws.
Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values.
Employees also receive annual allotted vacation days, which increase based on tenure.
British Columbia - Base salary range
$45,000 - $60,000 CAD
